Project Development
Our development staff has the capability and expertise to carry out all functions required to develop a quality hotel project on time and within an approved budget. Paragon's development capabilities include a network of individuals with vast experience in the fields of conceptual design, project feasibility, construction management and project accounting. Hotel development experience and expertise is conveyed to project architects and designers and reflected in their work. Paragon remains excited and committed to developing quality hotel projects.For properties under development, Paragon is able to offer a variety of pre-construction, construction and post construction services to its clients and partners. Typically Paragon will enter into a "Technical Assistance Agreement" which will contractually outline the services requested by the ownership group, and the associated cost of those services. The outline on the following page highlights the general services which Paragon is able to provide during the development process.
Consulting, Receiver and Trustee Services
In recent years Paragon has performed several consulting assignments for lenders and operators for troubled properties. These often included recommendations for continued operations to enhanced equity, closing, immediate sale or franchise acquisition.
